Fix Existing Joomla Website

Make Joomla site work on current server as Joomla upgrade 2.5 has happened & site not properly working due to backup while upgrading.
Also intergrate existing site into new Joomla 2.5 panel & duplicate/intregrate on existing server under add domain with new logo & site colour.
Current website [login to view URL] was Joomla 1.5 & wasnt supporting IE8 the current joomla website has been backed up & back up put on server, I have installed joomla 2.5 & now need someone to take existing files of website & relocate on domain with joomla 2.5
[login to view URL] dosnt have an individual cpanel as its an add domain.
can you link up with existing database & duplicate site on new domain [login to view URL] also joomla 2.5 7 currently installed on server this duplicate of our existing site but modify of colour & new logo but want database to connect with same database so upload of property will be on both sites but on one database (if possible).. both site must be working functionally with all previous content & articles.
This is a small project shouldnt take nore than 2-3 hours to complete for a competent worker with experience in Joomla intergration.
