Fully Functional & Operating PHP Website

I need someone to design a complete php website so its totally operational including designed logo, layout etc inc user profile creation, user image & description uploading.. We dont care if you use a script or template the main thing is the site must be a full operational, user freindly and admin fuctional.. The new site will be located on an Australian server to an Australian market 1 weeks completion date from date of acceptance.. We will consider templates if loaded onto the server and specific areas can be changed.. We want automatic thumbnails for images and a search function and the whole operational site loaded onto our sever operating & carefree as per the sample site with the same images layout & descriptions.... Finally we want this site to look a little different with Beveled buttons in a metallic silver look similar to the following site.. <[login to view URL]> we can provide the psd graphic files to work with for all the graphic bse layout buttons etc.... This is a very basic projetc that can lead to additional projects over a 4 week period.. We want to be impressed with the layout theme, design and turnaround... Also the possibility to incorporate cube cart into the site... ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
