HTML5 & CSS3 Similar to Pinterest, Pinspire

We are looking for a person/ team that can make a site like in pinterest style. The idea is almost identical to the idea behind Pinterest, but with Movies. Users will be able to follow Category of Movies, Actors, Directors, other users channels and likes that are presented in their "feed" on the homepage area. Format of the final design must be similar to pinterest. Some of the features on the site will include: 1)Ability to follow (Collection, Category, Genre, Director, Actor, Other Users ) 2)Toolbar that works like pinterest homepage (part of the bar, the logo area, fold away, and part hovers on any page the user navigates to). 3)Endless scrolling feature. 4)Ability for users to add their own "storyboards" where they can organize films that have been collected. 5)Ability for users to comment. 6)Ability to re-pin other users video into your own films collection. 7)Invite Friends and Find your Friends 8) Filters (genre, views) 9) HTML5, CSS3, Div Staking Layout. Site should not be build on free CMS like Joomla, WordPress etc. You will need to write your own framework and CMS, designed for the site. You may use CakePHP or another you work with. We need a horizontally scalable web architecture, site should be easily scale on two or more servers. So intensive tasks must be handled with one server, the site’s interface with another. I prefer to work with teams or individuals who have already built Pinterist's clones or hight quality social networks. Please, give 1-2 works in your portfolio.
