We have the front end of our concrete5 website created and is live. We require someone to implement a BACKEND where a user (created by admin) can log in and view their DATA usage (a gui graph will need to be created from a CSV that will be uploaded to the webserver daily of all users upload/download bandwidth), also users will be able to view a My Account page which will have their information and plan/prices/bandwidth allowance that the administrator will fill out on user creation. The backend will require an ADMINISTRATOR backend account to which can see all users and all users bandwidth gui's. Also there will need to be a bandwidth warning that will be sent out to the user (to their assigned email) and to the administrator warning when user downloads reach 75% and %100. Web server is a linux based server and the frontend has a user/pass portal that goes nowhere at the moment. CMS/CSS optimization to speed up the page will also be created as the front end runs a little slow.
