Hello, I am not an expert in web sites and I do not even speak the language so forgive me for not knowing even some glossary terms. I am looking for a site that works in a few stages. Page One: Users will type in their email address to subscribe for prizes. Page Two: After users are subscribed they must convert a CPA offer to be entered into a random drawing. Page Three: Thank You. (Only after CPA is completed?) Stage 4: Not neccessarily a page but one email address must be selected at random by a member who has completed a CPA Offer for that contest (day or prize) I would prefer the graphics to be large and like Windows 8 style. Fresh and friendly. On page one maybe a few spots for pictures of past days winners. If you have questions I will do my best to answer. Please give me reasonable quotes (time and money) for such a job.
