New company looking for cool website design

New company, we have our logo, we have the domain set... Now we're looking for a very cool website - below is a brief description: Upon entering the website address, visitors should be prompted to choose their country and language. From there, they should be re-directed to either an English version (which will be for every single choice but one...) or a Dutch version --> so basically there would be a lot of options in countries, but really only 2 choices for language. The website is for a travel company, it has to have 3 to 5 promotions on the home page, and then links to other offers, there has to be a page where guests can inquire about packages and leave their contact details, etc... Background will be beautiful pictures that we will provide you with, and we will also send you the company logo. The sky needs to be the limit - after you set the website, we need to be able to log into the admin site ourselves to update, change promotions, etc etc etc... It should be a fun, modern feel website! Let us know if you're up for this challenge :-)
