PHP web project customization

The contractor will make customization to the current project. The contractor should be available regularly and have excellent php skills. We communicate via odesk. We prefer not to use skype. Much of the code is already in place, we just want things moved around or edited. If the contractor does this job well and in a timely manner, the next project will involve social media. Last part of the contract involves updating the repair report. The code is in place there as well.
