Part time job - Website development

Hi all, I have a website development company and I am becoming a little bit overload with works. I would like to offer someone the opportunity to work with me and take jobs I don't have time to do (that includes jobs from here). I have already posted little jobs here but now I need someone I can count on for real. I need a person who has the following: -HTML/CSS knowledge (website must be build normally) -Very good graphic design (this is a key to this job) -Dynamic -Respecting timelines (sometimes, I will need a website in 2 days or sometimes in 2 weeks). -Good english -At least 2 years of experience -Must check mail quite often. I will pay on a weekly basis except at the begining. At first I will pay by job so trust can be gained. Please note that you won't have much job before the 26-27 of june. Bid 30$ and 1 day!
