Postcard Design Website Project Description: A Website using PHP and a MySQL Database for Real Estate Agents to create customized “We’re Moving” postcards for their clients. The website will be similar to the “Just Listed” post card creator on [login to view URL] website ([login to view URL];CFID=112228&CFTOKEN=15216499), but will be more user friendly like the photo card feature at the [login to view URL] website ([login to view URL];page=photocard). The bid should be for the complete website from start to finish, including website design, logo, graphics, database, shopping cart, and payment system. Payment: Payment will be made 25% on job acceptance, 25% on completion of working demo and 50% when job is deliverd on servers and is completely operational. Actors: User = Customer Using the Website Client = Owner of the Real Estate post card website System = Real Estate Post Card website and its functions Pages, Steps and Functions: Page 1) Create a Post Card Step 1: Choose Post Card Template = User chooses postcard from set of template designs. Step 2: Upload Images and Edit Text Front of Post Card = Screen displays the postcard template the User selected and directs User to click a “Browse” button to upload images from their computer for their cards. The User will have editable text fields on the card as well. Step 3: Edit Text Back of Post Card = Screen displays the back of the postcard with text fields to edit. Step 4: Enter or Upload Mailing Address = Screen displays the completed postcard and fields for either manually entering addresses or uploading a CSV file. (This function should work exactly like the [login to view URL] site) Step 5: Check Out = User is taken to a secure checkout page where the price of their order will be calculated. Step 6: Thank You Page = After payment is successfully processed, System sends confirmation email to User and to Client. * If at anytime the User clicks “Save For Later” they will be asked to either create an account (username and password) or sign in to their account and name the post card project. The post card project will be saved at the “Create a Post Card” Step the User was at when they clicked “Save For Later”. The User will be able to sign in later find the project and continue working on it. Page 2) Sign In: Step 1: Username and Password = User or Client enters username and password and is taken to their Account Page: Page 3) User Account Page: Precondition 1: User has already signed in. Step 1: User Account Page: User sees a page divided into three rows with the following headings: Heading 1: “Create a New Post Card” (which hyperlinks to the “Create a Post Card” page) Heading 2: “Post Card Projects in Progress” (Below this heading will be a list with the names of all of the non-completed Post Card Projects. Each name will hyperlink to the “Create a Post Card” Step the User was on when they saved their post card project last. Also, next to each name will be a delete button. If the User presses the delete button a popup window will appear asking the User “Are your sure you want to delete this Post Card Project”. If the User clicks “Yes” the Post Card Project is deleted from the list, if the user clicks “No” the Post Card Project remains on the list.) Heading 3: “Completed Post Card Projects” (Below this heading will be a list with the names of all of the completed Post Card Projects. Each name will hyperlink to a sample of the post card. Also next to each name will be the final price paid for the Post Card Project.) Page 4) Client Account Page Precondition 1: Client has already signed in. Step 1: Client Account Page: User sees a page divided into two rows with the following headings: Heading 1: “New Orders” (Below this heading will be a list with the names of all of the completed User Post Card Projects. Each name will hyperlink to a sample of the post card. Next to each name will be the final price paid for the Post Card Project. Next to the Final Price Paid will be the following links: Link 1) “Print Sample Front” = When pressed will send the design of the front of the Post Card Project to a predefined printer and print one (1) sample front of the post card. Link 2) “Print Sample Back” = When pressed will send the design of the back of the Post Card Project to a predefined printer and print one (1) sample back of the post card. Link 3) “Print All Front” = When pressed will send the design of the front of the Post Card Project to a predefined printer and print the total quantity of all of fronts of the post cards in the Post Card Project. Link 4) “Print All Back” = When pressed will send the design of the back of the Post Card Project to a predefined printer and print the total quantity of all of backs of the post cards in the Post Card Project. Link 5) “Order Complete” = When pressed will remove the job from the “New Orders” list and place the name name of the job under the “Completed Post Card Projects” heading. Heading 2: “Completed Orders” (Below this heading will be a list with the names of all of the completed orders. Each name will hyperlink to a sample of the post card. Next to each name will be the final price paid for the Post Card Project. Next to the Final Price Paid will be the following links: Link 1) “Print Sample Front” = When pressed will send the design of the front of the Post Card Project to a predefined printer and print one (1) sample front of the post card. Link 2) “Print Sample Back” = When pressed will send the design of the back of the Post Card Project to a predefined printer and print one (1) sample back of the post card. Link 3) “Print All Front” = When pressed will send the design of the front of the Post Card Project to a predefined printer and print the total quantity of all of fronts of the post cards in the Post Card Project.
