Website Set-Up and Minor Content

I'm in need of getting my Wordpress website up and running. I have a template installed or will have the template installed prior to beginning work. Here are the site requirements: 1. The site needs to be corporate oriented. I have a logo already designed and will provide in numerous formats/resolutions. 2. I will be selling digital products (software downloads) on the site. It would be nice if I could upload custom activation codes/files into each users account but will settle for simpler options. 3. Users will be able to download demo versions of the software. Users must register before being able to download the software. Registration should be done with a CAPTCHA or similar code to weed out bots. 4. The payment system should integrate with PayPal. 5. The website should have a blog section. 6. Should be SEO friendly through the use of plug-ins or other easy to modify interfaces. Here are the bidder requirements: 1. Must speak/read english. The site will be in english and must present a professional grammar. If your bid does not include proper english then it will not be considered. 2. Be able to show at least 2 existing websites (portfolio). Here is what I expect: 1. First, development of a site map. This has to be accepted prior to starting next phase. 2. Site frame, this is the development of the site map without content. This is to include all the widgets and page layouts. 3. Demo of the shopping cart system/download system, and activation system. Will have to demonstrate from adding products to the cart, check-out, download, and activation. 4. Content Insertion, I will help with this or do most of the work.
