Wordpress Frontpage change WP + PHP + CSS Skills required

I need some alterations on a wordpress frontpage. I dont have the time to do it myself, so i would like a proficient wordpress coder to CSS code the new layout. The layout itself is already designed in PSD, so basically you just have to code from the layout design i will provide. Easy job for anyone with wordpress customization skills and experience. Note that there will also be multiple category lists on the frontpage that should show the last 5-10 posts in that specific category. Some lists require thumbnails fetched from the articles, others just plain titles. You should also be able to code and CSS style a new navi-bar with provided graphics for category listingsand a pages aswell. including dropdown. For the right person/company there will be other jobs in the future. Especially if you are able to create wordpress plugins or community script in PHP NOTE: You should be able to communicate via SKYPE in following hours: 5PM-10PM (GMT+1) and be able to communicate well in english You will only be considered if you can provide a PM with a screenshot or a link of a wordpress frontpage you have coded and CSS styled with multiple category listings as required in this job.
