We are looking for a PHP/Zend developer who has experience or can quickly ramp up on RETS Syndication Schema (Real estate Transaction Standard). Experience required in building data loader using PHP/Zend that can handle large amount of data with outstanding performance into MySQL RDBMS. Our application is using Amazon S3 Cloud so any experience in architecture/development in this environment is a huge plus. Also if you are obsess with quality code and tuning you are looking at the right ad because we are looking at improving the performance of our platform and picture import processing. This collaboration would be on a project basis but we would love to have long term collaboration with the right candidate because we have many other projects pending.
