Need Iphone and Ipad Apps

I need to create an app for iPad and iPhone that works like a mirror. I've already developed it with a young guy that went to my studio some months ago. To complete the job, he worked for two days but at the end tha app was full of bugs and after a weeks of proofs he was not been able to solve the problems. I understood that he was not so skilled as I thought, so at the end I fired him beacuse in that way I cannot publish it on the App Store, it must be perfect, I cannot ruin my name with not perfect apps. Therefore I looking for an Xcode genius In Italy is very hard to find them, The app works like a mirror and uses the front camera to capture the image of the face of the user. There are some frames and some backgrounds that the user can change by a swipe. There are also some inscriptions (a funny text in a specific language) that the user can change by a menu with flag icons. The user can take a picture of the screen and save it in the library. If possible I would like to share this picture on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest too (directly from my app), but the previous guy told me that the inner sharing function is not simple. Maybe for an expert Xcode programmer it is simple. The app must be universal, it is specifically designed for the retina display of new iPad but it can be used also on the iPad 2 or on any iPhone or iPod Touch with front camera. I've already done all frames and all backgrounds with Photoshop. I've ready also retina icons and other graphic components of the layout. The bodywork is ready, I need the engine now. After I can sell the car. Probably we need to work together to fix all details (for example the splash screen, the animations when you take an actions, etc. etc.) we can do this on Skype or email. I already bought the iOS Developer license (99$) so that I will be able to public the app on the store when the programmer will give to me source code and he will explain to me what to do to put in on my Xcode and after on the App Store. I'm a designer, not a programmer, so I need step by step instructions on the full process. The app should be designed to permit to me to insert new backgrounds off and on so that I can publish an updated version of the app to maintain high the interest. Maybe I could change the texts or the icon to improve it.
