Freelance Web Graphics Designer required for a Web project - repost

Looking for a freelance web graphics designer for my project. Following deliverables are required. 1. Design a log for the application. 2. Design a web app template for the project based on HTML 5 standards. 3. Design a website layout for the company. Description: 1. For the logo design I would require at least 3 logos. Will select 1 and would need a couple of iterations before finalizing. 2.a. The web application layout will be a standard layout with header, footer, menu and content divs. 2.b. It will have the functionality of a modal popup div, 2.c. The menu div will include the provision of showing / hiding the div and also stretching and contracting. 2.d. The layout will be based on HTML5 standards and will use rich ui controls, including validation for data-entry forms (similar to the way it's on freelancer site for example). The controls should be available to support server-side ajax capabilities. 3.a. The website will be a classical informative website, having the standard textual information, contact us, feedback, etc pages. 3.b. The website will be primarily have the information pertaining to the product, and need to have an eye-catching layout inline with the industry
