Byuing adwords account

Please read this job description in detail - generic responses/pitches will be ignored!! we are looking to buy adwords account. We need the account to be activated and running. After we get the account we will need submit Payoneer card inside. If you think that will suspend the campaign let us know what you think. 1. The adwords account must be activated, verified Adwords accounts. 2. The account must be working for at least 7 days. 3. The Method of billing in the account must be 'Postpay billing' and the Form of payment must be 'Credit Card' 4. The currency set in the account must be USD 5. The account will be tested by me for 48 hours to see if the ads are really running before making payment. Any account, where the ads stop running before first 48 hours will not be paid. 6.
