Infos: JAPAN Server for japanese video game

Hello I am looking for some informations before creating a new project (how much it will cost me, how it will work). I am playing a japanese video game who is IP restricted so we need a japanese VPN to be able to play the game. This japanese VPN give us a japanese IP adress. My wish is to buy a japan server and be able to use it to play this game and bring my team mates on it. This website offer us exactly what we want : [login to view URL] but i would like to know if it would be possible to have a similar service with a better server speed (1Gbps or more?) to reduce ping.
