Technical manual writer for apps written for Lotus Notes

FOCAL Software & Consulting needs an experienced technical writer for applications written for Lotus Notes and Domino, preferably with experience as a tester, to review and write a user guide and administration guide for a Lotus Notes application. This is an add-on to Notes and relatively simple. The writer would need to be able to download the application and test in Lotus Notes 8.5 or later to be able to test how the system works at the same time as he writes. FOCAL already has a four page draft Administration guide that needs to be rewritten but no User guide. We estimate that in total the two guides will be around 8 pages and we would like them written in MS Word with table of contents. The text needs to be written in a professional English, British or US. FOCAL has more than 15 years of experience in developing and selling Lotus Notes applications and has won the well known Beacon award from IBM for their quality management systems. FOCAL has over 15 standard Notes applications and is looking for a future partner to write guides and test at the same time. We ask for an offer from a qualified and experienced writer and a possible future partner.
