Email Blast Needed

I need to do an email blast to small businesses in the US and Canada with the goal of having them visit my site and make a purchase. Email must not get listed as spam or get me blacklisted. They must not end up in the junk folder either. You must have your own servers to mail from or other means with no restrictions on the amount of outbound mail you can send. Emails must not be sent to other companies that sell printing services or disc replication. Providers who have the best setup for blasts, tracking, and a good response rate will be utilized for ongoing work. When Bidding, please answer these questions: Tell me how many emails you can send daily, and how many total emails you can send out total. Do you have the ability to track metrics such as views, clickthroughs, etc. How will you prevent emails from being marked as spam and getting me blacklisted. How do you get your lists? Are they opt-in? What are some of the successful campaigns you've done?
