I need somebody to build a simple but smart and creative website for a photo retouching portfolio. 95% of the website would be images displayed with a mouse-over function filling up maximum portion of the screen, where the mouse-over would show the before/after of that particular image. There will also be an about page and a contact page, the images should be divided into different categories under a 'Portfolio' menu. Similar to this site, but without the forum or store, and with a bigger display image if possible.
