This is for the design only. We will need only PSD files. We are a web development company looking to redesign our site. We are primarily looking for someone who has a history of designing websites that look trust-worthy, authoritative, and otherwise convert very well. Our current site is www.ostmosis.com. The new design does not need to look anything like the site we have now but should use a color scheme that looks complements our logo(attached file). Please post links to sites you have designed and if possible, stats on how you have raised conversion rates on redesigns. Again, this is for the homepage DESIGN ONLY. Thanks.
