I understand that you want to transfer a currently working site to another hosting provider but also change the domain name. Can you confirm that it is the full scope of your project? Do you already own the new domain name and are the DNS setup properly to point to the right server or do you need help with that as well? If your website contains 'static' (i.e hardcoded) links that point to the old domain name embedded within the content I can update them to make sure they will still work after the transfer.
