Shopify Custom Design

Hello, I need a custom shopify theme created. The homepage will be similar to the attached file(but not as cluttered). I'd like the homepage to look similar to a pinboard. So ideally it will the white frame in the back, grey border interior, logo will be simple white box with company name in some cursive font at the top middle pinned to the board, navigation below that will simply be shop, about, blog, and contact, 3 product images in that style across the middle like pinned to the board. at the bottom of homepage they want social links to their facebook, twitter, instagram, pinterest, tumblr, also at the bottom of the homepage they'd also like to have a newsletter signup also somewhere at the bottom should be a terms and conditions and privacy page please give me best possible quotes. ive done this before so i am looking for a reliable fast and competent developer. please provide examples of shopify websites you've worked on. thanks
