online store magento configuration template

Hello, I need this theme [login to view URL] (i have the theme) to look like [login to view URL] so i need the menu like Featured Deal | All Deals | Special Deals | Last minute deals , instead of the current menu I need exact same representation of the products, On Featured Deal -> 2 columns , the big one for the products, 5 rows for the products, and the second column with Last minute deals and special deals exactly like grouponclone. I need the option from [login to view URL], where you stay with the mouse on the picture and say the time until the end of the deal. On All Deals there will be a slide exactly like on grouponclone, in the products will be displayed in a 2 column by 3/4 rows, pagination of course, and the option like on the bottom right of the page where you can chose how many products to be displayed in a page. On all deals page I want the same big button like in the Featured Deal. I do not need the option with chose your city, from the head of the page. I want the menu from the head , right side My account, my wish list, my cart, checkout, login, on the same row with Feature Deals, All Deals, Special Deals, Last minute deals.
