iPad Design App with Camera Knowledge

Hello everyone I'm looking for great skilled expert for a simple and clean iPad development. Am looking for someone knowledge with the iPad camera, Can you able to get the iPad recognize a Person stand there {See smile man in the file, but want on the body or half upper body} for 1 or 2 sec, once a person move away from the camera so the iPad know this person move away from the camera (there will be nothing else moving in the back ground) with a count down and scoreboard, {MAYBE} a voice say the number or word but that always last in my mind! Also if need an update, keep in contact you for keeping in touch if there's an error or update. * Graphic Design is a BIG Plus but mostly like pencil / ink type of drawing of a person or item with one colour background. I really love the colour and fonts in those file * IMPORTANT Great communication skills (English) required. I have many more App Projects under construction.
