Tumblr - General fixes

We have some adjustments to do on the site. A couple of them are fixes on how we implemented the responsiveness. We would need to have these ready by Thursday. 1) Home. When clicking on the notes icon, user should be redirected to the interior page, directly to the notes section (not to the top of the page). Icon for notes will be the heart. 2) Home. We need to use the comments icon to count the number of facebook comments. We need to use the FB Comments Counter by Permalink (already used in the interior page). When the icon is clicked, the user should be taken to the interior page, directly to the comments section. 3) Interior page. Share title of the page as part of the twitter post. 4) Interior page. Show "source" when reblog is done. 5) Interior page. There's an issue with the navigation arrows. When the screen gets shrunk, the arrows disappear. Image needs to be scaled so the arrows are always visible. (bug) 6) Home. In Safari, different posts get too close together so they seem like one. Adjust boxes so they have the correct paddings. (bug)
