Simple 3D Presentation Animation

i need a 3 minutes animation of a project with the following brief details: In a nutshell, Flagtour is the tour of a single national flag to all States in Nigeria. Flagtour is a stir patriotism campaign from state to state in Nigeria reaching the 36 states and the FCT in a nationwide orientation, education, eventful, exhibition, and historical visitation road tour within the country, aimed to add value to the National image rubbing off the pride on individual and corporate supports as a strategic brand positioning tool, development and growth enhancement and youth liberation. The 3d animation is meant to showcase the event in a presentation with voice over describing the event. The 3D animation is meant for illustrative and sales and marketing purpose.
