Hello Looking for Wordpress Pro developers can be a small company also no freelancers unless he is full time or is available for support. YOU WILL BE HIRED ONLY ON PER HOURS BASES. THE WORK ASSIGNED SHOULD NOT BE QUOTED MORE THEN THE REQUIRED HOURS TO FINISH THE WORK. Like for example to transfer a Joomla website from one server to another it will hardly take 2 hours of work. So the payment will ber on per hours only. You should not give like it will take 8 hours or 4 hours. I don't like working with liers. Should be able to upgrade from old version to new , able to customize , transfer them on server to another....so on. . Should be a PRO to work with so that they can handle every project professionally. Please start you bid with the work PRO so that I know you have read this . Well I want to tie up for my mobile apps projects outsourcing where you should be able to give me reseller pricing not like quoting me high or commercial prices. As I will have to add my cut and forward it. You should be able to give complete support for the work that you did. Should be on time and perfectly done. There will be different projects with different tasks you will have to say in advance how many hours and do the work accordingly. This will be long term partnership.
