9911 Update ASP page

I have a simple asp payment page and I want to change the text on the final page. See the example I have put online: [login to view URL] press the next button on tha page and you will see how I want it layed out. Change the expiry date to change the result of the form. I want the fields to get variables from the URL if they exist ot to be blank if no URL variable exists for that field. I want an email to be sent if the payment is sucsessfull with the payment details. Please state previous asp experience Files are attached:
