240383 Audio / Music File Converter

Hi There, I am looking for a piece of software that would enable the user to convert music files, to and from various formats. It will need to support all audio formats including mp3, mp4, m4a (iPod & iTunes), Windows Media Audio (WMA), Ogg Vorbis, AAC, Apple Lossless and FLAC (from Codec Central) etc. A CD burner would be desirable, in addition to a tranfer to mp3 button. Please state if your bid would include these options. The software would need to be easy to use, professionally designed, and branded with my logo.
