Web Site Work - asp pages and swf files

I have a website which is almost finished. The website is done in asp files. Which means I have used include files, etc, very simple for someone who has worked with this before. I have 10 short video files (each one is about 1-2 minutes) that i need converted from wmv to swf file to place on my video page. the video file needs to have the buttons at the bottom (play, stop, pause). The video files do not need to be edited. They are ready to go. I need the page to work with both Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. This is a 1-2 hour project for someone who knows how to convert wmv to swf file and is familiar with .asp pages.
