ASP.net/C+ language skills/

Hello- I am looking for a senior programmer with experience in Asp.net / as well as , C+ language skills . Under the right circumstances with the right person , this opportunity is long term. Thirdly, this person must already have hands on working experience with a secure Server FTP and the knowledge to weekly upload a CSV to the site ...Consideration will be given not just the ability to accomplish these tasks but someone interested in working long term with this assignment .
