Ecommerce website

Hi! Here below my project details: I have an ecommerce website selling glass jewelry. It is not very well done and now it is not working properly. What I need is to rebuild it. Nothing too complex, just a pretty and elegant website to sell online. The design should be pretty elegant, nice and "light looking". My old website has a very simple structure with some static html pages, some static asp pages picking up datas from an Access Database, plus some dinamic asp pages. Obviously CSS and no frames. The data base is very simple, just a single table of datas (for each item description, price, title, code, photo, etc.). I would need a cart with a checkout to receive the orders to my email address, but I don't need a payment process (I will send a paypal payment request). I would like something similar, easy to modify in the future, with static html and asp pages. The items datas have to be in an Access database or, better, in a simple txt or excel file (I don't need to record in the same data base the information about the clients or other infos). I'm open to other technical solutions, but always easy to handle from my side (I'm not a pro) Having all the datas recored in a database, I would prefer to have the option to upload the database via FTP (and, in case of big update, modify it manually. My maximum budget for this website is from 500 usd. The very important think is that the website should be very easy and editable. for this reason I kindly ask to enclose a short "instruction file" about where are the main files (data base, images, etc.) on the host space. Helps and descriptions texts in the pages code would be a good help for the future. Very important: I need a project "DONE AND TESTED". On my own web space there is the old files. I would like to have the space cleaned and the new files upload there. Payment by Paypal only when the website will be upload and fully working at least for the cart, db and checkout part.
