Customer Contact Database

Looking to establish a database of customers to help manage contact lists. The database will need to have an application frontend and also a web interface (ASP) which will allow us to update all fields and also allow us to search on all fields. The interface will have a section of tick boxes or a table that will correspond to the services that the customer has. The interface will also return contact details such as name, address, telephone, email, contact times etc. The ability of have multiple contacts is desirable. It needs to have a reporting section that will allow us to compile exportable CSV files based on the search parameters; all customer that have serviceA or all customers that have a match for a mixture of services. We can do graphical representation of desired interface which will be available to bidding service providers.
