ASP agenda with Lotus Notes integration

I am a certified lotus notes develeper and have been working in asp.net for several years years. Though I will confess I have never done something of this nature, I have got excel, as400 and other like programs to sync with lotus notes ... i was wondering how you were going to handle rights in situation, if i have to carry over the rights it will cost more then 300 if rights is not an issue then 300 will do it ... i did put the time frame for 30 days. I did this because I was not honestly sure how long it will take me to do but i feel confident it will not take me that long but better to be safe then sorry. Thanks...
