Edit Table of Contents, Check citations, and Proofread Textbook

We have a textbook for future beauty industry educators (people who will be teaching in cosmetology schools, barber schools, etc.) that needs a final proofread and the page numbers added to the Table of Contents. We also need someone to make sure everything that should be cited is. There is to be absolutely no substantive/content edits, as it has already been edited several times and the publisher likes where the content is at right now! Only minor proofreading such as the correction of punctuation, spelling mistakes, etc. in Track Changes. We will review the qualifications of several candidates. If we are interested in moving forward with you, we will require you to sign an NDA before giving you a sample of the document to review and determine if you're interested/this is a job you can do. If you decide at that point this is something you want to take on, you will be required to sign an Editor's contract. The textbook is roughly 170 pages/70,000 words. This is a textbook focused on classroom management, pedagogy, best practices for working with students...Therefore, the language is academic yet approachable. The book will be published in June for international sale. There could be an opportunity for more work in the future/a long-term relationship. Beauty industry experience is a plus but not required.
