Hi, The project looks interesting and I would be happy to work on it. However, there are some questions: 1. Is there a preference for one of Azure or IBM Watson or they are the same? 2. What are the features of a candidate profile? Are they raw or have some pre-processing or feature engineering? 3. Do you have samples (history) of jobs and their best match candidates? If yes, how big are these samples? 4. What metrics will you use to assess the quality of the system? 5. What type of search engine do you think of? If it is not prefer Apache Solr. 6. Where the integration application be hosted? What language is preferred (NodeJS, Python, ...)? 7. Do you have an API specs that the system must adhere to? Integrate with other systems? As you can see, there are several points that need clarification hence the duration and estimate may vary based on the clarification of these questions.
