The task is the following: the Android device connected to a machine of production in a factory has to forward the collected data to a server. As the card is in mass storage mode its content is visible only to the machine (as if it was a pendrive). We need to forward the data from the SD card to a server.
An application is needed that can access this memory card and copies the data to a server. As the size of the data increases by time, it would be better to forward only the changes. If it is hard or impossible, then you need to solve to copy the data to the server as fast as possible. The machine of production knows only FAT16 so the maximum size is 2GB.
In the device there is a winchester of 320GB. We create a partition of FAT16 on it. The rest of it can be of any size, it will be handled by the Android. For us it would also be good if the data was copied to this part first as it would be the fastest solution, but the dataforwarding to the server is also needed.
We are expecting an apk file from you that has the features mentioned above.
IMPORTANT! We want to designate the server by IP address or by manual input or by browsing the network!

You can send only one file in one call. That means if two or more files were changed in the same time, you have to call this dll twice or more.
Important: it would be better to send only the new part of the file, not the complete file content.
method="post"
enctype="multipart/form-data"
Parameters (all are required):
cmd=send
macaddress
This is the device's MAC Address (unique id), digits (12 bytes length).
filename
The name of the file, without path string.
filemtime
File Last Modification Time, format: mm/dd/yyyy hh:nn:ss
filestartpos
The beginning file position of the new part.
fileendpos
The end file position of the new part.
filecontent
The new part of the file (binary data).
At the end of the response text you can see an Errorcode.
Errorcode = 0: successfully passed.
At the very moment the budget is the one you see, but we know that this work worth more...
Good luck.
