Simple Android APP (I have webservice ready, only need someone to develop APP)

I had posted this request previously: https://www.freelancer.com/projects/PHP-MySQL/Simple-Android-APP.html Freelancer thaodvbk accepted the job and said he could do it. Later he asked for more money so I did the webservice myself. Then he started send me things which were not completed and looked horrible (no design whatsoever) and without any functionalities (so basically he did nothing). I gave him more and more time, again and again... he was always finding excuses and asking for more money so today I just quit, forgot about the money I lost with him and oppened this new request. I have a webservice with all functionalities and PHP/MySQL is not a problem for me so we will collaborate in this point and I will do this part of the job; You have to speak and understand English correctly (because previous freelancer did not understood correctly and that was a major problem) My website is a platform similar to freelancer.com, it allows people to insert job requests and professionals answer it directly. This is what I want you to do, always connecting with the webservice in a SECURE way (security is a MAJOR thing here): 1 - User login and access to his account; 1.1 - Job requester user should see his requests, see who answered and send internal message to each professional; 1.2 - Professional user should see "new jobs" entries, answer those jobs, see answered jobs and send messages to job requesters. 2 - Insert new job request form (fields are: Description, Name, Email, Zipcode and Contact); 3 - Menu "Jobs request" where we can see new jobs in our current area (GPS/geolocation). User should also have the possibility to insert his address manually if he wants to (let's say, if user don't want to turn GPS functionality on). Also, there should be a Selectbox with values like 10, 50, 100, 250, etc... These represent the kilemeters of distance that user wants to see new job requests; 4 - Menu "Companies" where we can see all companies in our current area (basically same thing as jobs but to list companies) 5 - Menus "Terms & Conditions" and "Privacy Policy" 7 - Simple "Call Me back" form with Name, Email and Contact And that's it... This is very simple since EVERYTHING is done through the webservice. You just have to put it together!
