I want someone to write an article on how to have a healthy competition with others in the same business. 1200-1500 words but I don't want an essay or a boring article rather a first person account of what you think is good and healthy competition. Example: It amuses me when a Client says that a salesman from my biggest competitor appeared in the office and talked bad about my company. Does this salesman think that his job is permanent with my competitor? What would be his future if our companies merge? Would he ever be able to apply in other companies?
