Write some Poems and Short Stories

I am doing this for a forum that I am trying to add content to, so I need full rights to the work you do for me. My budget is $45. Once you have completed and finished and turned in the work I need to you erase what you have, so that it will belong to me. Thank you. I want it in a word file, format in Arial, and size/10. Tell me in your bid how many stories and poems you will do. I would like this work turned in within 15 days. Please do not bid over my budget or I will likely ignore you. I want at least two or more short stories. 1000-2000 words for 4-6 dollars each and four or more short poems. The poems must rhyme... at .50 cents per poem and must not exceed 200 words per poem. I would prefer short poems more around 30-150 words each. I am willing to pay an additional .15 cents per picture if you can find or draw a picture to go uniquely with a story or poem that I approve of. None of them can include inappropriate sexual content. But, please use your imagination. If you accept this job you will be selling the rights to this work and I will be able to do what I want with them and you cannot give or promote them to others for any reason.
