Small Cafe System

We required small Cafe system with client and server setup. We need small Csharp and Java Based system which has two outputs. One will be install on desktop system once the software is install it shows screen from where user will log in to system and select the games. This system for every user is setup from the admin end where admin will add up the time of expiration of session and it generates the reports for every user who logged in from client end. This system is quite small which has only 3 features. I have very low budget please do not bid if you have high budget and cannot complete this job within 24 hours of time. Thank You
