This project is a straight forward can delivered in Flutter with Firebase backend. We can use Firebase Auth for authentication (registration, login and delete) of user profile. Then we develop the needed cloud functions to capture the user details into firestore and delete user details in case the user decides to remove his/her profile. After that, we will install Firebase e-mail trigger to send emails as you described. The user will be landed to the dashboard page after login which will have the gasoline prices with a form to fill according to your needs. Upon submit, such information will be delivered using the email trigger to the specified email address. In addition and in order to maintain the price of the gasoline, we require a profile of the admin to adjust the details. In this case the app will support two profiles, admin and user. Upgrading a user to admin can be done directly on the database. As an option, we can also work on your app for you to receive push notification whenever a user submit this form in addition to the email.
