We want to create the first version of our app as simple as possible. The app is going to embed/show our website's pages. The pages are already ready and responsive. They might just need some configuration for mobile view. The only thing we want the app to handle is sending notifications several times per day per user. Experience with Phonegap and/or Parse is an advantage to find the best solution.
