Trixbox problem

I have installed a trixbox 2.6.2.3 and configured with some functionality (follow me). Everything worked fine for a few days. Then the Trixbox was configured with some more functionality (office hours, groups for main number handeling). And now, right after, the server is acting a bit crazy. When asterisk is restarted, it is possible to make inbound calls. But after a short while (a very few minutes) it is not reacting to incoming calls at all. And then, after another few minutes, it is possible to call again for a short while... And the "full" log file does not contain full logging any more, like call setup information, even though the [login to view URL] still says full => notice,warning,error,debug,verbose)... Strange...
