Auto-Email Script for www.usedcalgary.com

Hello, I need someone to write a script that would automatically scan [login to view URL] and send emails to users who have posted ads. There are no spam controls on the contact forms, and there are also no rules or terms of use that say we cannot contact the users for commercial purposes. I would like this program to be written so that I can use it anytime I want, and can edit the message of the email. Fast turn around time desired. Happy Bidding!
