Air Compressor Distribution Design for Pallet Factory

Hi, We have got excellent track record piping network design and optimization of it. The design will make sure that air flow to different equipments in the system are at the desired flow rate and pressure. Apart from the required deliverable (specification of air compressors to be used and design details of piping system) a neat report will also be provided, which describes how we reached the design details. The design will conform to ANSI /ASME standard. Following it the workflow we will follow. 1) System based approach to find out resistance required in each pipe section to guarantee required flow rate and pressure to each equipment (Simulink or AMESim) 2) Detailed design of each components of the system (Autocad) 3) Revision of the design according to suggestion of the client to meet economical viability and other constrains. i am a process engineer with more than 29 years of experience in compressed air systems design. I can develop the delivery system that you need based on the supply and required pressures for each component. I will create a BFD as well as the piping design and BOM and will delivery PDFs.
