Add BES 12 + Symantec Gateway Email Encryption to excisting mail + server environment

Hello, I have worked on a number of Exch+BES+Symantec EMS projects. Currently deploying two setups for different clients through freelancer. However, I haven't deployed BES 12 yet and have only deployed versions 4.x till 5.x although i am confident of being able to deploy it without a glitch. From the diagram, i suppose you will use exisiting physical servers for the setup. Would you use pgp only with blackberry's or as specified in your project description would you use it as a gateway encryption? Let me know if we can discuss this further. I have implemented Cryptography algorithms in Java and C, written security solutions in J2EE and Java, have implemented datastructures in Java, and built two websites for research / proof-of-concept purposes. Additionally, ~2 years of IT experience. I have taken Graduate level courses in Cryptography and Security that dealt with analysis of Cryptographic protocols, my Masters level project involved design of a Cryptographic protocol for a specific authentication problem in three-party settings.
