School Addition floorplan / design

We are looking for a building architect to:
a) take our site plan from google maps
b) design an addition to our building that consists of:
- a 70' x 40' gym + small stage area (likely on the 40' side, so add another 5-6 feet to the 70' dimension?)
- an entry area to the gym on the opposite end of the stage
- additional classrooms that are 1,000 sq. ft in size each (minimum of 4 additional classrooms) plus a set of bathrooms for the new gym and classrooms to share.
c) An exterior rendering of the new addition
d) An optional rendering / update to the front entry area of our school.
