PMS for Hotels

I am looking for a programmer who will write Property Management System - very similar to ASI FrontDesk. PMS should work with MS SQL Desktop Engine. PMS should be MS Windows based modular GUI software. System should be able to extend and add new modules and features to it. (Many features and descriptions can be found in ASI FrontDesk 5.3, roomMaster 2000 and FrontSuite). PMS interface should be multilingual Russian and English) (Translations, Fonts and any information which will be necessary for Russian languages will be provided by our side). All information must be stored in MS SQL Desktop Engine or any SQL database server for workstations. More detailes will be send, by request.
