Hi, My resume is included in my profile, but to summarize, I have a background in designing, implementing, and delivering commercial implementations of the latest research. Some of my achievements include: • Member of the startup engineering team of Language Weaver, winner of multiple awards for the advanced, effective and innovative automated machine translation software. • Member of the Core Engine development team for VERITAS Storage Replicator, winner of the award for Best Replication/Data Availability Solution in 1994. • Member of the original design and development team for Borland’s Paradox for Windows, the winner of the 1995 InfoWorld award for Best Programmable Database. I am looking to expand my freelance work and your project definitely caught my eye; it sounds quite fascinating. I am assuming (please correct me if I'm wrong) that the intention of the project is create a headline and something like a short teaser or snippet of the full content of the story. If so, can you expand on the project constraints? Again, in lieu of greater detail, I am assuming a target platform on Windows, or maybe to be incorporated into a web application, so I am estimating the effort based on using Microsoft C++/Visual Studio 2012 and targeting either Windows 7/8 on the desktop, or perhaps ASP.NET.
